Dive into the Fun of Diving Dogs with Your Griffon!

Does your Griffon go crazy for his favorite toy? Does he fearlessly dive into water, whether it's a lake or a pool? If so, he might love Diving Dogs, one of the fastest-growing canine sports! Almost any dog can join in, as long as they love water, know how to swim, and have a passion for retrieving.

Diving Dogs is a fun and thrilling sport with simple rules: You throw your dog’s favorite toy into a pool while he waits on a 40-foot dock. On your command, he races down the dock, leaps off the end, splashes into the water, and grabs his toy. The goal is to achieve the longest jump possible, ranging from a few feet for beginners to up to 30 feet for seasoned jumpers!

  • Dive into the exciting world of Dock Diving with North America Diving Dogs (NADD)! NADD promotes this thrilling sport across North America, offering dogs and handlers a chance to showcase their athleticism and bond in a fun, competitive environment.

    What is Dock Diving?

Dock diving involves dogs running down a dock, leaping into the air, and plunging into a pool to retrieve a toy or simply for the thrill of the jump. It's an impressive display of energy and agility!

    NADD Events:

Distance Jump: Dogs compete to see how far they can jump from the dock into the pool.

Air Retrieve: Dogs leap to snatch a bumper suspended over the water.

Hydro Dash: A fast-paced race where dogs retrieve a toy from the 37’ mark as quickly as possible.

NADD events are inclusive and welcoming, catering to dogs of all breeds, sizes, and skill levels. Whether you're a competitor or a spectator, you'll enjoy the camaraderie and excitement of dock diving. Join us and celebrate the joy of this amazing sport with NADD!
